Employment Law
is the body of laws, administrative rulings, and precedents which address the legal rights of and restrictions on working people and their organizations, or employees and employers. 

As such, employment law mediates many aspects of the relationship between trade unions, employers and employees.  This Law Office works with individual labor law which concerns an employee's rights at work and through the employee's contract for work. California has been a forerunner in enacting laws to protect an employee's rights at work and employee rights have been integral to the social and economic development since the industrial revolution. 

Employment Law is generally sub-divided into areas related to the contract of employment, wage and hour (minimum wage and working time), health and safety, anti-discrimination (age, disability, race, national origin/ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, religion, pregnancy), anti-harassment, anti-retaliation, and wrongful termination (unfair dismissal).
